Welcome to the new home of the Central Pennsylvania High School Ultimate League. The old site was quickly becoming outdated. As a static website, it was difficult to update on a regular basis. The forums became over run with spam account and illicit content. I've migrated to the Blogger blog to keep us all informed of what is going on with the league, while still giving us a way to give feedback almost immediately. Feel free to use the comments to add to the discussion. It is not as nice as the forum, but will be easier to maintain. Over the next few days, I'll update this blog with some of the league's historical information and results.

What is CPHUL?
The Central Pennylvania High School Ultimate League (CPHUL) acts as central Pennsylvania's governing body of Youth Ultimate (Frisbee). CPHUL strives to provide an outlet for high school teams to play Ultimate interscholastically in a competitive and organized setting. CPHUL played its first season in the spring of 2006.
What is Ultimate?
Ultimate is a non-contact sport that is played with a disc (Frisbee). Requiring a wide array of athletic skills, players are encouraged to play competitively while officiating games themselves by maintaining Ultimate's 'Spirit of the Game.'
